The Bridge Bistro & Brews opened in July 2020 in Umatilla, OR, founded by husband-and-wife team Paulette and Daren. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, they were determined to create a welcoming spot where the community could connect over great food and good times. After three months of renovations, with family pitching in, they brought their vision to life, offering fresh flavors and friendly vibes that quickly made the bistro a local favorite.
